Our Programs

Camps, Clinics & Leagues

At Mill Works our programs are perfect for all ages in a variety of skill levels. All of our programs focus on fundamental skills such as sportsmanship, teamwork, strategy, and sport-specific topics on form. A $15 one time annual sports fee will be added to all youth or adults signing up for camps, clinics, teams, or classes.

Winter Soccer Leauges Starting in November on the weekend of Nov 9 & 10- Look out for Sign Ups Soon - $750 per team (including ref fees)

Personal Training Sessions

Our Certified Personal Trainer Noah will take your fitness to the next level!  He is available for training MWF 10 AM- evening. Please email Alison at fitness@millworkswestford.com to set up trainings. All ages 12 and up welcome!

Mini Ballers & Rookies Youth Basketball

Monday- Friday Fitness Boot Camp

Join our certified trainers and instructors for a daily bootcamp every Monday -Friday 9:15 AM.

5 days a week of 45 min workouts with our trainers - 3 strength & conditioning classes and 2 indoor cycle classes each week.
